Meet the product team

With a background in computer science and over 20 years in the industry, Aidan is well-renowned as a programmer and technical leader. Today, he helps Countfire's product and dev teams to iterate a product worth working on.

Sam qualified as a Mechanical Engineer, and spent the first few years of his career in the offshore industry, designing wind turbines and artificial coral reefs. After realising the most enjoyable bits of work were writing code, he joined Countfire to take up software development full-time.

Rachel was a Countfire customer in her previous role as an Applications Engineer for a Lighting Manufacturer. During her time at Countfire she has been involved in nearly all departments and has now joined the Dev team as our Quality Assurance Manager.

With 15 years experience running projects and teams at digital agencies, Rachel works closely across all product departments. She also manages what we're focusing on during each two-week cycle.

Jenny has a background in fundraising and marketing within the charity sector, having worked for air ambulance and mental health charities. She now manages Countfire’s marketing campaigns.

Coming from a background in Healthcare and Customer Success, Gaby has 5 years of experience in customer satisfaction. An expert in building relationships, she ensures our users get the most value out of Countfire.

Linden is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in building and scaling businesses across construction, property development, and technology. As our Head of Growth, he leads strategic initiatives focused on driving business expansion and boosting revenue.

After 6 years in graphic design, Daniel decided to take the plunge into full time web development, and hasn’t looked back! He enjoys building beautiful user experiences for customers, where he can make the most of his design background and passion for code.

With over 10 years experience in executive support, project management and operations, KJ brings a passion to see organisations function efficiently and productively.

Sarah studied Music at university, but turned her hand to coding through taking the bootcamp ‘Code First Girls’ after doing some learning in the COVID lockdown. She enjoyed this experience very much and has been working as a Software Developer since then.

David began his career in finance, but soon discovered that his true passion was in solving complex problems. For the past five years, he has worked as a software engineer, designing and building data visualisation tools and AI-powered productivity apps that help people work smarter and more efficiently.
