The culture of our team is what enables us to build a truly industry-changing product.

This looks like a team of doers who default to action, and a systems-orientated company that always wants to improve. Working in two-week cycles (we ❤️ Linear) we continually address what our product needs, based on continual feedback loops with our customers.

We're mindful of how and when we break people out of focus, welcoming of new ideas - and we have a lot of good-humoured fun along the way.

Aidan Kane Technical Director Countfire

Aidan Kane

Technical Director

With a background in computer science and over 20 years in the industry, Aidan is well-renowned as a programmer and technical leader. Today, he helps Countfire's product and dev teams to iterate a product worth working on.

Sam Ward

Software Developer

Sam qualified as a Mechanical Engineer, and spent the first few years of his career in the offshore industry, designing wind turbines and artificial coral reefs. After realising the most enjoyable bits of work were writing code, he joined Countfire to take up software development full-time.

Rachel Countfire

Rachel Manning

Quality Assurance Manager

Rachel was a Countfire customer in her previous role as an Applications Engineer for a Lighting Manufacturer. During her time at Countfire she has been involved in nearly all departments and has now joined the Dev team as our Quality Assurance Manager.

Operations Manager

With 15 years experience running projects and teams at digital agencies, Rachel works closely across all product departments. She also manages what we're focusing on during each two-week cycle.

Jenny MacPherson

Marketing Coordinator

Jenny has a background in fundraising and marketing within the charity sector, having worked for air ambulance and mental health charities. She now manages Countfire’s marketing campaigns.

Gaby Saunders

Customer Success Manager

Coming from a background in Healthcare and Customer Success, Gaby has 5 years of experience in customer satisfaction. An expert in building relationships, she ensures our users get the most value out of Countfire.
